It does not meet my requirement, lar. Never liked the idea of being given a bottle of air by the lawyer when the building collapse, as in Highland Tower in KL.
Besides, there's so much land in Ipoh to built landed properties and contribute less to traffic jams. Also, for this amount, I can get a s/s terrace house, just next to the highway, in Jelapang.

Errr.... it's not the height of the building but the construction method, structural designs, piling specs, etc, that determines how sturdy it is. Then, couple with the fact that there are hills behind this building, it doesn't paint a very good picture of this development. Yes, I'm a bit paranoid about waking up in a pool of mud from the landslides caused by the adjacent hills.

Anyway, landed properties are always a better bet and it has great resale value.

No lar. Too far from my work. Besides water piping got problem. And too near the silibin temple. I don't like cos in a year there are so many party held by the temple. Felt frustrated when those ppl like to park at the road side and stop at anytime. U got what I mean?

Don't goto apartments shopping in Ipoh lah. 70 overK is not worth it. There r so many housing estates near your office. U might buy n regret it later. I've been living in flats all my life n I know what it's like. The present place i'm staying got a lot of problems from d maintainence office. They only know how 2 collect d m-fees but when comes 2 actual maintainece, they did nothing. In d beginning, when they try to lure u 2 buy, they'll promise u heaven. Later when u moved in, u might get HELL. These happens 2 alot of apartments n condos in KL. It's been highlighted in d papers.

Hi,

I'm in the process of purchasing the Taman Kampar Project (the advertisement on top of this website), but I've never been to Perak.

Any advice on the location, with regards to Ipoh (and the new Sunway development)?

I know it's very near to UTAR and TAR college. I'm buying to rent to the students.

Thanks
Albert
