I use to be very fit and strong but sadly not anymore .

Goes to the gym everyday. Do weights, aerobics, treadmill and eat healthy food with lots of veges.

Nowaday sudah tua, only jog on treadmill lah haha . That oso onli 2 times a week but but I still eat healthy diet of veges .

I walked 45 minutes or more each day, ride 15 minutes on the stationary bike at least 3 times a week and eat a balanced diet.
However, I'm still overwieght, as I eat too much whenever we are eating out.
OT

P.S. Fruits and almonds are my favorites. On weekends and days off, I'll also do stretching exercises in the morning for about 15-20 minutes. Lifting light weights, when watching TV shows or movies to make up for sitting still for too long a period.

I tried to work out at least 3 times a week in the gym...but due to work commitments, that's getting difficult.....

At the gym, will try to run 3 miles...followed by weight lifting...

Usually tried to eat better food in the mornings...dinner's usually light...theory goes you don't need the energy when you sleep...

Hmmm.. walking to office and back. 30 minutes each trip everyday except weekend.
