The 2nd pic in first post is parking fees. All the while parking fees are subject to 5% before 1 Jan 2012 and now 6% after 1 Jan 2012. It should be known as Govt tax and not GST. So false alarm.

Actually, you can avoid going round the big merry-go round if you cut across to the Istana Melawati on the centre. From there you can slide down the other side and save a 1.5km or so.

Parking at their basement is chargeable. I suppose you are referring to the road level spots. There is a restaurant at one end. That end should be free.
